What to do if the received product does not meet your expectations – damaged, crumpled, or unripe?
It is important for us that you are satisfied, so we are always open to feedback.
Within a day of receipt, you can contact our support service and report that there is something wrong with the order. If we really made a mistake and you received a defective product, we will refund or replace it.
The goods are delivered with a remaining term of at least 20% of the total shelf life.
